CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
A. All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging with all labels attached. If the items are not in this condition, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred (including order and logistics costs), and no refund will be made.
B. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Late return requests will not be accepted.
C. We do not offer a home delivery service (FTC) for packages returned to us. If you choose to return the items for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return costs. We will only cover the costs in the event of a defect or error on our part.
D. We do not accept items returned directly without prior authorization. Please follow the return process described below.
Step 1: Please send an email to our customer service at cesarstore28@gmail.com to request a return authorization and receive the return address. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: After reviewing your return request, our customer service team will send you detailed instructions by email. Please follow these instructions to make your return or exchange.
For returns or exchanges due to size problems, please provide photos of the product for size verification. Contact us by email to start the process.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
To cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request to our customer service at cesarshopllc@gmail.com as soon as possible.
For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, we offer a full 100% refund.
We will NOT accept cancellation requests for orders already shipped.
REFUNDS:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you by email. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, etc.) within 5 to 7 working days.
If you have not received your refund after this period:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially displayed.
Contact your bank, because processing times may vary.

Please do not send returns directly to the address indicated on the package, as it may be a carrier's transit warehouse and not the correct return address.
