1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
If we encounter a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly to inform you.
2. STANDARD AND EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer several delivery options:
Standard delivery:
Estimated delivery times between 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
Express Delivery:
Estimated delivery times between 2 to 5 working days. This option is available at an additional cost.
The deadlines indicated are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery address, weather conditions or the activity of our logistics partners.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment according to the destination and weight of your order. You will see a detail of the shipping costs before finalizing your order.
Note: We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 for local shipments.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You will be able to track the delivery of your order in real time.

5. CHANGES OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at cesarshopllc@gmail.com. We will do our best to change your address before shipping. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to change the delivery address.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
Delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control. We advise you to check the status of your order via the tracking number provided.
7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to our warehouse because the recipient did not request it or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may be applied in this case.
8. PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING
If you notice that your package is damaged or that items are missing on receipt, please contact us immediately at support@cesar1.net. We will process your request as soon as possible to solve any shipping problems.
